PaisaPay Account Balance Page Not Updating Next Prepaid Remittance Properly

 We have - PaisaPay "Platinum" member remittance status & Express Remittance 

But since past 2-3 days many of our Orders that we have already shipped are not showing up under - Next Prepaid Remittance in Account Balance Page

Until 3 days back it was working fine but now some 15-20 orders are just missing from Next Prepaid Remittance list of orders and some recent are going to -  Awaiting delivery confirmation - Which they should not as we have Express Remittance

Called Ebay regarding this but just got some baseless excuse of server problem and saying that the money will come to your a/c on time on Monday 

Our account status is also fine with no issues showing anywhere , there is nothing regarding this under Ebay Announcements also 

Is any other seller like us having such issue ?

Also if buyer do not confirm the receipt in 5 days then its automatically get ' treated as received', some problem with this option too.

Same here, next remittance balance is same since last 3 days.

We are also facing same issue.. Delivered orders not sent for payment in our next cycle. Also, our ebay fees payment made has not been updated in the account for over a week. Followed up more than 5 times but response still no resolution.

HELLO,

SAME HERE . WE ARE ALSO ON EXPRESS REMMITENCE. WE HAVE SHIPPED MORE THAN 4 LACS GOODS. WHILE CHECKING THE REMMITENCE, IT SHOWS ONLY 14K AROUND. 

JUST AFTER 14K RELEASE MESSAGE, REST PAYMENT IS APPEARED AND IT IS SCHEDULED FOR 30TH. 

IT IS NOT BUG OR TECH ISSUE. I THINK EBAY HAVE NO MONEY TO PAY US HENCE THEY ARE BEHAVING LIKE THIS.

Any one received PaisaPay prepaid remittances 28/06/2018 in bank account ?

eBay process the remittance on 28/6/18 but still not reflact our bank account .. As well donot got any mail form citi bank ..

Can any body tell me what's happen here..

Yes, same here. I am even getting Citibank Payment advice mails with amount details but no credit in bank. Since 27th June no payments received. However, paisapay remittance mails are received on specified days.
