I request eBay to come out clean on Remittance thing. I have noticed a trend from last couple of months.
Remittance every month which falls around 5-10 date is delayed for next week.( guess it has something to do with salaries of staff, lol ) If there is any delay why can we be told the exact reason for it. It is hard earned money of us sellers, even an hours delay should be well accounted for. As Devesh Bhai brought to notice that NEFT transfers have to be cleared in maximum 2 hours from time of initiation. So why is this delay caused?
Is it not the fact that funds were not send by eBay?? If it was so why were we sent Paisapay remittance is being processed mail. Was it not a white lie, we base all our financial plans according to this and it has been been mocked by the eBay system or people I should say.
I am not able to pick new items for which my supplier wanted payment. I dont know how tech category people are managing. Surely we are in for another week of neg feedbacks and low sales.
