HELLO W I AM SELLER ON EBAY FROM LAST ONE YEAR,,
I HAVE SOLD ONE ITEM ON EBAY IN MARCH AND ON 19 MARCH I SHIPPED ITEM THROUGH BLUE DART AIRWAY BILL NUMBER-11980799375 WHICH WAS RECEIVED BY BUYER ON 21 MARCH
PAISA PAY ID--21636437026
NOW AFTER 4 MONTHS I GET MESSAGE FROM PAISA PAY THAT BUYER HAS CHRGEBACK THIS AMOUNT THROUGH CREDIT CARD AND EBAY RECOVERD THIS MAOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT,,
AND EBAY ASKING ME FOR POD,,
NOE AFTER 4 MONTHS I CONTACTED BLUE DART THEY SAYS ITS LONG TIME POD CANNOT PROVIDE WE CAN JUST THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO U,, NOW I HAVE FORWARDED THIS EMAIL TO PAISA PAY TEAM THEY HAVE NOT REVERT BACK TO ME,,
PLS GUIDE IF ANY BODY HAVE SUGGESTION
PLS PAISA PAY TEAM ALSO HELP ME OUT

No Need of POD , Send scan copy of your AWB copy or fax them .

PP accept AWB copy also. with online tracking.

After 4 months the same wont show online.

Ask Bluedart to give POD as a confirmation on their letterhead and send it along with the booking receipt to PaisaPay by fax or email it.

Are you sure about this , that they accept booking slip copies of an online trackable courier ?

In my case when i had a chargeback the only thing they insisted was a POD ( proof of delivery ) with receivers signature , since it was a very old case pod was not trackable so the we could not challenge the chargeback .
