Ebay.in i think its joke to speak with their customer representative they either dont have brains else they use escaletors to escalte every problem to their seniors. and hight is that the seniors are do not bother to even reply what their junior escalate them.
I had bought some product and that product was not upto the mark so ebay said we will give you 110% coupons and this thing happend on 28/08/14 but till today i had called them almost 20 times still they are escaleting my cupons query to their seniors and as said they are not even bother to act on it. so please do not trust them we are indians so we buy on Ebay.in but belive me my friends buying on ebay.com is much positive than buying on ebay.in only delay of delivery is the issue but at least you get same product at less price and with assured quality.
