A seller bought this particular item from me and then raised a claim that it did not fit his phone. The Claim team arranged a conferrence call between us for a solution but the buyer seemed oddly not listening to anyone and was only saying I trusted ebay will give me a refund.
Ebay Claims team approved his refund on 2,500/- saying that seller requested it when I did not give my consent untill and unless I was covered under seller protection.
The buyer re shipped the item back to me only for me to find out that the item was broken by the buyer making the item usless to sell or return back to the supplyer. Also the tools that was provided with the product was also not returned so in a sense I got back only half the product back.
So, why was the refund provided even before I received the item back?
I was told by ebay that if I did not get the item back to proper condition then I can raise a claim, but no one in ebay is raising the claim for me nor is anyone returning my calls.
Can I have my credit for the product as the item which was sent as sealed pack was returned in broken condition and with missing parts.

To Bring up to speed on what have I been facing till now.
As usual the worst Customer Support experience.
I have been hung up
I have been told that they cant find the claim ID
I have been told that due to some technical issue the payout will happen in the next cycle.
All in All I have not received the payout covered under Seller Protection.
Amount pending Rs. 2400/-
Ebay Team request you to work on this ASAP or I am left with no option but to get a court order as this is the next step.
Please be adviced in case of a court order the legal fee and the court fee will be added to the deman notice.

UPDATE:
It seems the supervisors are in a meeting since hours and they will be out only by 04PM
Customer Support refused to arrange for a call back because I have request him to have the supervisor call back a number which is on the record.
I am not sure where this ebay policy has been mentioned that to arrange for a call which is on the record of ebay a call has to pass the security clearance.
Anway I will keep updating this thread.
