Dears ,
I am the seller on on Ebay india , few days back we sold one item , after the receiving item buyer was not satisfied with the item and dropped a negative feedback on our account, before giving negative feedback she neither tried to contact us nor raised any refund or replacement request.
Even our product price is very much competitive with other vendor and product images clearly show the product quality .
We are ready to replace or refund the full amount to buyer . But this lady is not ready to listen and also using bad language while we are trying to contact her.
It looks like she is fake buyer and only want to spoil our company image .
Please suggest how we can remove this negative feedback from our account.

No she write only about the product that , cheap quality and not worthy ,china made all this.

Hi try to reach ebay customer care regarding this negative feedback only through email as the possibilities are more to solve this problem.
