Negative feedback for working product

Hi,

I received a negative feedback on 6th Oct 10 for USB travel charger. Buyer says that the charger working fine but it is not meeting the specification! But before sending I checked the output voltage it was as per the specification! But he is not mention how he checked or where he used the product! Please advice me how to go ahead?
