Be carefull while accepting paypal from anybody .. Paypal doent allow sale or exchange of ecurrency . Also accept paypal from some reputed ebay member .. you will get offers from paypal hackers too.. so be carefull

I could have given but paypal is very unreliable now.I transferred 145 USD to my local bank on 3rd december and still not received,though it is showing the transfer complete and deducted from my account.

That is good news for you.
But I have a silent fear that PayPal will not be able to keep up its credibility due to recession.I am a poor old fellow and they are not serious about my monetary needs during X-mas.
My 145 USD may be their small money but Rs.7012 is big money for me.
Very irresponsible people.
They talk big only which have no value for me.
They spoiled my X-mas and New Year.
