My Product Picture and Description has been copied by other seller. I have sent an email regarding the same to ebay.... but now what next!

Will a proper action be taken against him?

Give details.....who has copied and which listing are copied..........and also you have no images which can be copied so what is the issue ????????.

You complained and your role still exists. Verify the seller listing who copied your data again now. If the copied data is still there then you should re-complain.

Action generally be a removal of listing and a warning to the Seller who copied.

As a coseller, I think your role is over by complaining and now concentrating on your sales and listings would be needed. You can add watermark for future listings. But we believe, you can ignore the copy unless its paining you much.
