Please advice what I should do if I want to speak to someone regarding paisapay refund penalty deducted.
The deduction is completely wrong and I have already written about this matter to paisapay but sorry to say your staff is also challenged as they cannot understand emails written in simple English.
I need to talk to someone as I have to explain a lot. Please urgently advice whom should I contact.

As per the update received from the PaisaPay team, we've reversed the penalty for the cases that were eligible.

You would have received a communication from the PaisaPay team on this.

Seemaji, why isn't someone from ebay PP team calling me which I had requested and YOU HAD PROMISED ON 12-OCT-2011. The reversal is not a favour, it is mistake done purposely by paisapay team which you have partly corrected so please don't say it in that tone. There is still some problem with the case which I would like the PP team to resolve.

By when you think it will be possible for PP team to call me ?? please advice.

I sincerely kindly request you Seemaji ONCE AGAIN to get this issue resolved ONCE AND FOR ALL otherwise I shall be forced to put up the full case matter in the forums here and I am sure that you will not like me to do that. This mistake thing is becoming a regular way by ebay to make money.

........I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY MNC COMPANY ACT SO CHEAPLY JUST TO MAKE MONEY OFF POOR SELLERS.

Our PaisaPay team had tried calling you on 12th Oct 2011 however you were not contactable and hence an email was sent from our end.

That's funny, on 12th Oct you have replied at 8:50pm in the night so how can someone call after 9:00pm on 12th.

No one has called, you can pull up my call records from Reliance if you wish.

I received a call from Mr. Virendra of PP team today at 12:15pm. I have explained the complete issue to him at length.

I have my all my fingers crossed and hope for best. 😉

Thank you, my concerns have been resolved by Mr. Virender and Ms. Deepa from paisapay team. Both of them were very helpful and patient people and have handled the issue very well.

I thank Mr. Virender and Ms. Deepa for all their help. I have given some suggestions to be done for the refund penalty policy and I hope that it is implemented soon so that such problems do not happen again.

Even after displaying the above image in the beginning of each listing, this month again I have had 6 buyers purchasing material from states where I do not ship and now again Paisapay penalty will be levied for these refunds and again I will spend days running from pillar to post to revert the penalty.

This is really frustrating and useless.

As I had requested Mr. Virendra and also explained to Ms. Deepa, please URGENTLY introduce EXCLUSION OF INDIAN STATES FACILITY IN THE "SYI" FORM SO THAT BUYERS FROM EXCLUDED STATES SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BUY THE PRODUCT AT ALL.
