KYC Verification error

hi its been 15 days since i am trying to update my KYC with all the relative documents uploading, but it keeps showing KYC INCOMPLETE in Red. i am not able to list anything due to the restriction. i have all the details Like GST,PAN, IEC etc request ebay to kindly look into the ,matter quickly & solve the issue. thanks in advance

All my verification is complete and showing complete also but at listing it is showing in red to mention gst which I already submitted. Pls solve ASAP team eBay .Thanks with regards.
