Items not being sold as much as Baazee

I think the sales in ebay is less, compared to Baazee. Share your experiences. It may be because of the following reasons.

1. Lack of buyers familarity with new site
2. Loss of indian identity
3. Sellers complete identity / Local place is not easily tracable.
4. Complicated software / site surfing etc.

However we the sellers feel there are lot of user friendly option such as bulk relisting etc are available.

I feel the sales will be raised within 6 months.

Thank you

The number of hits are definitely low. Not even a single bid on 8 auctions, for 2 weeks!!

Guys

eBay has been successful in all countries it's started business in. And in pretty much every country, it buys out the largest auction site and integrates it's software.

I've been using ebay.com american site for years now and it's excellent. Just give it a few weeks and see how buyers start appreciating the new site.

I've also tried using baazee.com before and it no way was as user-friendly as ebay is now. Comparing baazee.com old site to ebay, i would say baazee was a rather clumsy site. No offense meant.

I think he is quite right, as certainly the sales volume has gone drastically low as compare to what it had been on Baazee, I am having at least 13 items open as on date but to my surprise only there has been just 1 hit for 1 item and rest all are lying in peace. I don't know how we are going to sell on Ebay if this is the hit ratio.
