We are seeing thousands of such items listed on ebay.in and lakhs on ebay.com.Is is permissible to list this item on ebay or not

I think eBay India has to follow some Governmental rules. May be these items are restricted. May be you need special license to sell or use these products. Journalists use these gadgets to cover their sting operations.
