Irritating Fake Buyers! We are fed up!

Dear eBay sellers,

I hope you are facing the same problems as I am facing for the past same days. The Nigerian buyers on eBay are increasing at a fast pace. We deal in Laptops and we usually list them over eBay but in the past 7 days my laptops are sold 3 items and all of them are purchased by fake buyers who want the product to be shipped in London or other African countries and are ready to pay Rs 10,000 extra per piece. Below are the user id's of fake buyers.

I want to know that what eBay is exactly doing because sometimes it get impossible to get our seller fee returned because such fake buyers don't end the deal if we deny to deal with them. They are biggest irritaters.

eBay should come up solution because eBay is an international organisation with great financial resources, even they had increased the seller fee by 0.5-1% and that's really bad if after increase in rates people are getting poor services.

I hope you are aware about the Bidder Management tools that helps you reduce fake buyers. for benifit of all, you may use Bidder management as follows:

My ebay> My Account> Preferences> Buyer requirements

Here you may block the following users:
Buyers in countries to which I don't ship
Buyers with a negative feedback score
Buyers with Unpaid Item strikes
Buyers who may bid on several of my items and not pay for them
Buyers who haven't gone through SMS verification
