Do we required any document to sell indian products outside India.

Can i list my products in ebay.com and sell my products in dollars instead of INR.

Please clarify.

Yes. you can surely list your item on ebay. com. 

make sure, you know the rules there as .com and .in have too much different rules and regulation. 

you need to have paypal account . link your paypal account with ebay to receive payment.
