If the order that i shipped to customer is returned by Courier, how does one refund customer ?

YOU CAN NOT REFUND AFTER PAYMENT IS DONE TALK TO EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT IF THEIR LINES ARE NOT BUSY THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL TELL YOU IF THEY KNOW
