Baazee, is only user friendly if u r the buyer but for the seller it is not at all friendly. No Customer care number no online help counseller no way one can know how to do something.

Only a text help which does not always solve the problem!!!

Please help i had put a product for sale, first time and the buyer after bidding and closing the auction says i thought its new, though i had placed it in secondhand and the item page also said item condition= second hand.

Now wat should i do???

What if my item sold and the winner didn't pay for it?

You are not the only one brother X-( I hate when this happens the buyer bids on this item and never bothers to complete the transaction leaving us the seller jobless or clueless as to what to do next?? We cannot relist the item the buyer gets back with some pethtic excuse as to why he is not able to buy the item despite being so clear that they need to read the damn description! Baazee has no clue or advice on the same..

i agree with you, it is so irritating to get buyer who do not pay up. They not only waste your time but also your product gets held up for their convenience. However the least we can do is file an SNC warning agaisnt them so tht at least we do not have to pay baazee commission on it.
in order to file snc warning, all you need to do is go to your my baazee page and check out the link on the 'items i can file snc warning'. this link from baazee help might give u a detailed answer.
