INVOICE ISSUE NEED ATTN.

respected ebay team,

i have probelems in my invoice please explain.

1. u have charged for pramotional listing which is as per your mail free up to 20000/- please explain.

2. u have charged for ebay store from 23 march -31st march , as per your mail its free for pramotional.

3. my april invoice shows the final value fee for many orders,for that we have already got FVF credit from your side.please explain.

4. why u have not credited FVF credit of april month in april invoice.( as per that we have to pay huge amount of fee & service tax for what we have not sold at all ).please explain.

5. please make the invoice more seller friendly so sellers can understand the invoice.

please solve the issue as soon as possible so we can enjoy selling on ebay.

HI ALL!
I GOT MY EBAY INVOICE FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH END-APRIL,IN WHICH U HAVE ADDED ALL THE PROMOTIONAL LISTING FEE THAT WERE FREE AND FORCED BY UR STAFF ON US,THE LISTINGS THAT MIGRATED FROM BAAZEE HAVE BEEN ALSO CHARGED,THE SHOP CHARGES HAVE ALSO BEEN CHARGED,WHICH WAS FREE FOR ONE MONTH.THE INVOICE IS TOTALLY UNREASONABLE AND DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND.
WHAT TO DO AND WHAT AMOUNT TO PAY.CAN U PLZ TAKE THE PAIN TO CHECK MY INVOICE AGAIN AS I M FINDING IT VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND.
TILL TDY I HAVE ALWAYS PAID ON TIME WHAT-SO-EVER THE AMOUNT,BUT I WONT PAY FOR FREE PROMOTIONS...THAT U COMMITTED.
PLZ SEND ME MODIFIED/CORRECT INVOICE SOO THAT I CAN PAY ONTIME.

Dear Ebay,
I got a Call from your Staff Prashant that today 27th April is just one day promotional for highlight if i upload today alllisting with highlight there will be no charge. but in Inovice alllisting have came with a charge so please rectify this issue Digicomputer Naushad
