Demand Draft / Paisa Pay / Cheque????

Hi am new to Bazee selling i hav some doubts as to the mode of payment i should opt for when i want to sell an item. If am offering demand draft facilty will i be liable to dispatch the good after the sale has been finished or after i recieve the demand draft and has realised the cash. And regarding PaisaPay how much time does it usually take it for me to recieve the payment. Demand draft does not incur any service expenses as in the case of PaisaPay right. Also for Recieving payment by cheque can i dispatch the goods after i recieve the cheque and has encashed it. Your valuable help is much appreciated. Thanks
