I revised the following item last night and I was charged Rs 2 as insertion fee yet again ! The item still has 2 days and 7 hours to go ! What is this?

My account balance was Rs 298.68 before revising this item and after revising this it changed to Rs 300.68 ! Ebay is charging me Rs 4 for a 7 day listing???????
