Hi friends,
I am new to Ebay. I have read many stuff about paisa pay. I am afraid of selling with paisa pay. I mean I have read sellers who have dispatched the products but they haven received any payment from paisa pay. Can anyone please let me know how to sell using only DD or Cheque but not with paisa pay

I dont want to Sell Using Paisa Pay

Hello Kishore (bestofdeals_s),

Thank you for posting on our community boards! we are happy to be able to update you on the concerns you have on Selling on eBay India :-).

Regarding your concern on selecting a payment method for selling your items on our platform, I'd like to highlight a few key points which I think would be helpful to you and give you more clarity on the benefits of using PaisaPay:

  1. PaisaPay is not only convenient to use, but it also offers sellers industry leading protection against fraudulent chargebacks. Hence you are protected while you sell your item.
  2. You will be able to offer your buyers the convenience of paying in 3 or 6 monthly installments (EMI). Thus ensuring that you dont miss out any potential buyer for your item.
  3. Your payments will be transferred to your PaisaPay account online as soon as the buyer confirms receipt of the item. This means no more hassles of depositing demand drafts/cheques and waiting for clearance.
  4. While you always tracked your eBay activities from your My eBay, a new section titled “My PaisaPay” will help you keep track and take action on all your PaisaPay transactions. My PaisaPay will be available from the left-hand navigation panel of My eBay.

To ensure that no party bears the loss in an unfair manner we have PaisaPay Seller Protection Program and the PaisaPay Protection for buyers as well.

To be able to sell on eBay, all sellers will be required to offer PaisaPay as a payment method on their listings. For new sellers, who have less than 20 listings, PaisaPay will be the only payment method that can be offered.

I'd like to reiterate the fact that PaisaPay is the fast, easy, and secure way to receive payments on eBay. When you list your item with PaisaPay as a payment method, your buyers can pay you securely online with a credit card or through online bank transfer.

I hope I was able to provide you clear your doubts in regards to PaisaPay as a payments system.

Regards,
Indraneel

I dont want to Sell Using Paisa Pay

Dear Indraneel,
If you are an ebay seller, I can spoil your dreams in 5 minutes by creating 5 false IDs and giving you 5 negatives. Before you realise what is happening, you will be unregistered.
My DSR ratinngs are much higher than ebay average. But you are not giving me ER.
I cant do power selling because I sell low value items in hobbies andcollectibles, though my total transaction rate is quite high. This is despite I sometimes stop selling because of bad health.
What you wrote is correct.
What I want is please dont work like a machine. A human touch will change things a lot for better.
God bless you,
Thanx,
Truly,
Amitava

I dont want to Sell Using Paisa Pay

Dear Indraneel,
Please allow me to forward a small long standing suggestion.
Please release PaisaPay payments for items for which buyers have given positive feedback. I understand you work with your hands tied, but your ears are not plugged.
I love everything that is PaisaPay. What is the harm if you introduce changes that make it more popular worldwide????????????????????
Thanx,
Truly,
Amitava
