The buyer bidded on the product and after that he didn't reply of my mails nor phone calls,having no option I opened a unpaid item dispute.Where buyer replied after couple of days saying this

Now when he is not intersted then why he bidded the item?
He left me negative feedback for no reason blaming me that It was unfair deal by me !

Now I need to ask what was my mistake from my side?
I need ebay to answer me in this case,
Ebay say's they can't remove feedback for this & that cause!

dear all ,

today we have got neutral feedback stating delivery was very late , buyer feels 4 day delivery time is late .

after providing the 7 days time limit in listing how can buyer rate us on that ground .

buyer delivery area is Kolkata ( 24 pargana ) out skirt of kolkata , WB require form 51 for delivery, still we have manage the delivery , our all efforts are wasted.

now the feedback is affecting over all % , but we can not remove it .

its very disappointing to received this types of feedback .

may i know eBay has any answer for it.

He left a neutral feedback on 24-May-2008 19:38
Delivery within 5 days (not counted 18th as the day had passed off)

The delivery time for west Bengal was not bad and was within the time frame given by eBay.

Now what does eBay feel about such a feedback.

Does eBay feel that this feedback is unjustified and should be removed.
Or does eBay feel that the buyer has given the feedback as per his satisfaction
Or eBay thinks that this is just a ONE OFF case
Or eBay thinks that such buyers are just from the 1% to 5% of bad buyers.


eBay always thinks that this is just a one of case and this does not happen every time. But you people don’t understand that such one of cases screw the sellers business and all his efforts are wasted and above that the seller gets frustrated.
