The buyer bidded on the product and after that he didn't reply of my mails nor phone calls,having no option I opened a unpaid item dispute.Where buyer replied after couple of days saying this

He left me negative feedback for no reason blaming me that It was unfair deal by me !
Now I need to ask what was my mistake from my side?
I need ebay to answer me in this case,
Ebay say's they can't remove feedback for this & that cause!

People are hurt especially those who cherished their feedback.
Going ahead dont be surprised if you find the site swamped with
Huge Inventory holders .
Policies like choice listings etc would be done away with to accomodate such Large sellers :).
Actually it would be a good move and i personally always wanted that ...
Choice listing policy was a useless one anyways for a serious business seller ...
But now just to accomodate these large sellers , changing the policies ,
is making all small sellers like us very UNSECURE

Be ready for blackmail from buyers.
from last 2 days we have received 2 mails from buyer stating if u do not ship within 24 hrs we will give u negative.
now tell me what to do if they give negative .
any answer from ebay.

Thank you for reporting this member to us and highlighting your concerns regarding the feedback being left by the buyer.
I'm happy to update the thread that necessary actions have been taken on the member being reported on this thread and the member is 'No longer a Registered User' on eBay. As per the new policy any negative/neutral feedback left by this member to any of the ebay members will be removed. Currently, the changes are being rolled out and will take a day or 2 to take effect completely. The members can rest be assured that necessary changes will take place in their feedback scores :-).
I understand that this was a little delayed response however I wanted to update the thread post investigation and actions :-).
Hope I was able to help some of our community members and will continue to provide the best of the services to our dear community members!!

I'd encourage you to save all those emails from the buyers which are hard and strong evidences for extortion from buyers and as mentioned in all our responses we will take action against these buyers as deemed fit and would remove such negatives/neutrals if given by them.
You can feel confident that when such communication is received from buyers you are always protected ;-).

I am totally dissapointed with this new feedback system .. but like all are suffering .. I too had to suffer a lot with this problem .. but my problem is looking very different unlike others -- My all ebay live listings are showing my feedback score as -- 98.6% .. but when I click on my id -- it says -- 99.3% .. I checked other member's profile and all profiles are fine .. then why this happened with my profile ?? I am going to lose a lot of buyers due to this.. It's really sad to read my fellow community members are also suffering from the same feedback problem but nothing can be done 😞 .. But I should atleast get 99.3% in my ebay live listings -- rather than -- 98.6% -- which is pure injustice and wrong. Who will rectify it ??

saving those emails would be good, but i when the buyers are really smart, they use alternate email ids (certainly easier to have than ebay id) to send those mails.

It is really a shock to see the positive percentage goes down in a instant by 3 %.
Ebay should learn that they are the sellers who work hard and pay rewards in the form of ebay fees to ebay. Ebay is there coz sellers are there. If there are no sellers on ebay, no products would be there and hence no buyers.
So I think when ebay is hiding behind the bushes and the account managers are speechless regarding this upcoming changes in feedback policies, there is no fun selling on ebay when your hard work goes futile.
Attention Mr. Indraneel, so how would you go and help the sellers regarding the neutrals and negatives feedback given without any reason or where the buyers are new to the feedback and they give a neutral or negative even when the feedback comment shows that the buyer was 100% satisfied. Would ebay be able to remove such feedbacks.
I need an answer.

From your post i understand that you had a concern wherein the feedback percentages being shown in the listings were lower than what you actually have on the Feedback profile Page.
The issue is now being resolved and you will notice that all your listings and the feedback Profile Page have the same Positive Feedback Percentage of 99.3%.
Moreover, while going through your Feedback history I noticed that soon you would be achieving 100% Positive feedback percentage (*ceteris paribas)as these are calculated basis last 12 months and you have only 1 neutral in the last 12 months which will expire soon.
I hope this addresses your concerns and please feel free to revert in case you have further concerns or need more clarifications.
