The buyer bidded on the product and after that he didn't reply of my mails nor phone calls,having no option I opened a unpaid item dispute.Where buyer replied after couple of days saying this

Now when he is not intersted then why he bidded the item?
He left me negative feedback for no reason blaming me that It was unfair deal by me !

Now I need to ask what was my mistake from my side?
I need ebay to answer me in this case,
Ebay say's they can't remove feedback for this & that cause!

This is what happens as I had assumed, why need a seller should have the bad mark when a buyer doesn't pay, replies UPI dispute and leave a negative?

We are ready to have negative fb for genuine reasons. Ebay need to disable buyers to leave the negative who haven't paid! ---------------

Hi all,

SAme buyer Bided on our item

Nokia N70 Music Edition + 1GB Card + warranty + bill (#270234900735)

he had not paid for same , no communication from him

but without communication he had given negative feedback to us .

we have contacted buyer , but he is not accepting our calls , no reply on any mails.

Its ridicules to deal with such kind of buyers.

We have contacted TnS but no reply till now.

hope Tns suspend the buyer & feedback will be removed.

I am very disapointed.I hardly earn any margin on selling stuffs over here,nor a big seller,just selling for experience and earning people's !

This happened to us twice , once a Negative and other a Neutral , ebay TnS reply was pathetic , they simply wont remove the feedback .

This is big loophole in ebay system , and now buyers will exploit it as NO negatives can be given by seller .

Today we have got reply from TnS , we can not remove the feedback , as its buyers opinion.

we are here mad to see the things which is wrong still TnS says we cant remove .

why cant ebay ask the buyer to confirm why he had bid , if the price are not fair .

its case of intentional blackmailing from buyers end .

it means any one can buy from our store give negative & say not a fair deal , we are here MAD or what.

i know there is no hope for removal from Tns , still i am updating all sellers .

as per my view from now we have to face such issue on regular basis.( as seller cant post negative , nor he can use ODR )

TnS is not of any use for seller , any claim it should be in favour of buyer then why such complected process .

only copy paste reply came from Tns , i am very much disappointed with the crap service of Tns.

Indraneel, should I remind you of what you said regarding such negative feedback issues ??? Why aren't the negative feedbacks being removed when the same buyer hasn't even paid for the item ???

This is so disgusting, I wonder who all were trapped by him.
