Yes error message is "please provide a valid value.

editing listing on the site or through turbolister?

This error is not of ebay but it is due to software issue so either turbolister or some upgrade required to your browser.

It is happening with most of the sellers.

This is not a software issue. It seems to be any technical issues with ebay only.
