The buyer paid me promptly via paisapay, but i lost the item which i listed, so i asked ebay to refund the money to the buyer immediately after knowing i have lost the item, but ebay hasn't refunded the money to the buyer promptly. So, the buyer got angry and he has closed the agreement negatively favourable to me, so i couldn't get the final value credit, and he has also left a negative feedback to me. This is the only negative feedback which i have, that too because of ebay. I sent an feedback withdrawal agreement to the buyer, but he has declined my agreement. So, i request ebay to remove the negative feedback. This is the only negative feedback i have! So, pls remove the negative feedback!

Thank you for taking the time to write eBay with your concerns. My name
is Ravi and I'm happy to help you further.

I can understand how upsetting getting a negative rating must be as all
of our members value their feedback very highly. Please understand that
feedback is the opinion of the member on how the transaction has gone.
I realize how unfair this rating is to you, but as eBay takes a neutral
stance towards every transaction we are very careful not to alter,
remove or change those opinions in any way. We can do so only in
extreme cases and only at the advice of our expert legal advisors. In
this case, the feedback that was left for you does not violate any of
our policies and as such, we are unable to remove it.

This does not mean that there are not options. One thing that you might
want to consider is mutually withdraw feedback for this transaction. To
successfully withdraw feedback for a transaction, both you and your
transaction partner must agree to the process within 90 days after the
end of the transaction, or within 30 days of the date feedback was left
- whichever is longer. You can request Mutual Feedback Withdrawal for up
to 5 transactions during a 30-day period.

Once you and your transaction partner mutually agree to withdraw the
feedback in question, it will no longer be counted toward your score.
For example, if a negative feedback is removed and it was from a unique
user (i.e., a user from whom you had no other feedback), your feedback
score will increase by one point. However, the comment will still be
visible in both members' profiles even after it is removed.

If either you or your transaction partner does not agree to withdraw the
feedback, it will not be withdrawn.

Next, follow the steps below:

1. Enter the item number for the transaction in question, then click
'Continue'

2. On the next page, select the feedback comment you wish to remove and
click 'Continue'

3. If you wish, enter a message to your transaction partner on the next
page. Once you are finished, click the 'Continue' button.

4. Finally, read the important information on the last page, and click
'Send Request'.

You will be notified of your transaction partner's response. If your
transaction partner does not respond, the request will expire 90 days
from the end of the transaction or 30 days after the feedback comment
was left - whichever is longer.

Remember that both transaction partners must agree for the feedback
comment to be removed. If your transaction partner disagrees, the
comment will stay in place and continue to count toward your feedback
profile. If both parties agree to the removal, it may take up to 24
hours for the withdrawal to be reflected in your feedback profile.

That's
bad yaar. Ebay should do something about negatives we are getting for without
any reason. These negatives are totally baseless and we as a seller hate
negative.

Some times we get negitive intentionally! Some times due to a fault by ebay or by us unknowingly.

mobileonthenet , You made a mistake, If you have lost the item(like mistakely removed) in your MYEBAY, then you can retrive removed items from your preferences. Also if you need to refund the amount, refund by cheque/dd. This will help in maintating your id will less negitive.

Even I also got few negitives, but luck of mine, they were mutually withdrawn. ---------------
