Thats easy.
List your item and sell that.
Get paid.
Ship by post or courier.
Dont forget to enclose invoice and put a copy inside.
That is how the customs know how much the value is.
Rest you will know by trial and error.

I live in Hong Kong where I am registered with Ebay HK. I have been able to list items for sale in UK, US and Australia, but cannot list in India without a PaisaPay account. These are only available for people with Indian bank accounts and with addresses in India. Is there a way I can sell in India without PaisaPay?
