How to pay minus eleven paisa?

Dear members,
We all know that if the credit balance is less than Rs.20 then ebay does not send an invoice.
Rut this billing cycle they sent me this invoice which shows my credit balance as follows::

Your monthly eBay invoice for the period from March 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010 is now available to view online.


Credit or zero balance: -Rs0.11

If I fail to pay,ebay will suspend me.

Ebay suspended me only a few days back because I left my phone at home. Now please tell me how to pay minus eleven paisa?

Pay them Rs.1/- then let ebay think how to pay you 89 paisa. 😉

eBay will send a monthly invoice even if the amount due is less than Rs.20 but they will also add the following line...

"No payment is required at this time because your account balance is below eBay's minimum payment threshold"

No such message.Ebay does not want me.That is why they want me to pay minus eleven paisa.
If I send one rupee,they will say it is violation of ebay policy.
