How to get feedback from 1st time buyers and item received status updated

Dear All

I am facing to get feedbacks from 1st time buyers...They buy the products and send me mails that items are good and so on...but they are not familiar with ebay feedback system or paisapay "Item received" status updation...I have made around 12 selling but only got 6 feedbacks..Because New users do'nt know how to make feedbacks....Any suggestion regarding 1st time buyer training.

i often get a letter with my package thanking/congratulating me on my purchase and then with instructions to mark item as received, leaving 5-star feedback if satisfied, and contacting seller in case he feels something stops him from giving a good feedback, etc. -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
