How to block buyers who can't pay through paisa pay?

I accept only paisapay as a form of payment in all my listings.I also mention this in BIG BOLD letters in all my descriptions to inform the buyers. Still i get fake bids and in the end the buyer backs out saying they can't pay through paisapay. How to prevent this? In USA ebay there is something like "Papal account required". This allows only buyers who have a valid paypal account to bid.Is there something similar here?

i have some other story my paisapay amt has been blocked stating that they are reviewing my account as i am new i am selling from last month and now kyc has also been done for my account now they say they require all pods and all confirmation mail from buyer to write to paisapayroh@ebay.com stating that they have received the product and satisfied till then they are not releasing my payments even buyers who have confirmed that they have received also that payments are not released by them and when contacted them from last 8 days they tell me to submit pod and confirmation mails, i literally beg to buyers to write a confirmation mail to paisapay but some buyers dont have time to write????, my only suggestion is that if buyer have not received the product then he will complain and if he has received then there is no point in keeping the payments on hold we have stopped from today delivering anything as we are not receiveing any payment from there and day after day they are demanding some extra pod and extra confirmation mail whereas none of the buyers complain is there stating that they have not received now someone explain me what to do in this case cause my money has been stuck for no reasons and i think more literate people are at paisapay to handle but they are not able to understand small sellers practically
someone suggest us what to do??????

How to block buyers who can't pay through paisa pay?

I read this on the PaisaPay FAQ

PaisaPay will credit the seller?s PaisaPay account when:

* Buyer confirms delivery of the item;
* Buyer does not confirm the delivery of item within the prescribed timelines.
* No PaisaPay refund claim has been filed with the prescribed time lines to raise a PaisaPay refund claim. In case a PaisaPay refund claim is filed, the remittance of transaction price will be due to the seller only if the refund claim is rejected by PaisaPay.

As far as i have understood is that Paisapay will remit your money in all circumstances -whether the buyer confirms delivery of item or doesn't confirm delivery of item. The only circumstance that Paisapay will NOT remit you money is when a buyer has filed claim.

I hope this makes it clear for you now.

I too am facing the problem of fake bids inspite of making paisa pay only auctions. In India we have too many fake buyers. I hope eBay does something to alleviate our losses of time and money due to them.

@hementerprise,

They will credit paisa pay funds to u once 15 days have passed even if buyer doesn't confirm receipt. If he/she does, its quicker.

How to block buyers who can't pay through paisa pay?

Hi,
In US they have this 'immediate payment required' option.
Here in India you avoid UPI by listing items in BIN format and sole PaisaPay option. But you stand to lose some buyers who pay offline/bank transfer.
PaisaPay works fine for me. I dont understand why they are doing this to you. There is an option to provide tracking details instead of PoD. Please try to convince the PaisaPay. It is not a bank. It cant hold back your payment indefinitely.
Please write to them. They are also humans like you and me and I know they are nice and very very efficient.
Thanx,
Truly,
