How do I REMOVE SERVICE from the fourth page of Selling item

I just cannot get the Remove Service on the 4th page of Selling . I just want to ship items by one mode of shipping and I am getting all three and I cannot remove the other two. After I click on the 'Will Ship to India I get three options in red ink asking me about the selling fee for all hree.
Previously this was not happening as I could see the "Remove Service" option o that page which I cannot now. I wrote to Ebay and mentioned below is the reply I got to my problem.

After this you will be prompted on the fourth page of Sell your Item
form, to enter the 'Shipping and SalesTax'. I understand here you
are
getting three options and hence I wish to inform you that there is
feature 'Remove Service' when you click on that you will be able to
select the number of shipping cost you want to enter and remove the
remaining.

Hi jackiechan_in1 !!!
You and I we both are facing the same problem I guess some other ebay sellers
also getting this problem. But I have made a solution to this problem by myself
alone . I contacted live chat help but there was no good solution provided. I
deleted all my cookies stored in my computer, cleared history. After that I
started to try again selling my item but again got stucked in the 4th page. Now
I m using turbo lister for that. I m sure that u must also be getting some error
which used to come in the left side saying done, but with errors on page. Delete
ur cookies and clear ur history may be this will work coz sometimes sell your
item form works fine. Turbo lister is free and u can download it by clicking on
this link --- http://pages.ebay.in/turbo_lister/
. It's easy, free as well as low time consuming.

Another harassment!! I have made a cheque payment towards ebay listing fees on 30th July yet Ebay says that my fee is overdue. Friends help.

Plz don't use this harrasment kind of words for ebay. I have seen many times
when I blame Ebay I was wrong always and after realising this I have stopped
blaming Ebay rather ask for the solution . Ebay is always here to help. Don't
pollute the environment of this community. Ebay has provided u this environmet
to share ideas and to interact with other users and not to blame Ebay. U should
