SOMETIMES NEW/EXPERIENCED/SUSPENDED BUYER THRU THEIR NEW ID .......RECEIVED GOODS DISPATCHED BY SELLER FOR THEIR PURCHASE & AFTER USING THEM OPEN DISPUTE WITH SELLER ABOUT ITEM PERFORMANCE , FUNCTION ETC.....

THEY DONT FOLLOW SELLERS TERMS & CONDITIONS ON ITEMS LISTINGS & JUST DEMAND FULL REFUND, FILE CLAIM & EBAY ALSO SUPPORT THEM ALWAYS IRRESPECTIVE OF ALL THE FACTS THAT SELLER HAS NO FAULT & ADVICE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.
ULTIMATELY SELLER HAS TO EITHER REFUND THE AMOUNT OR GETS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ALONG WITH LOSS IN SENDING ITEM AGAIN, DEPRECIATION OF ITEM PRICE ETC.....

WHAT SELLER SHOULD DO?

AS PER OUR EXPERIENCE EBAY SHOULD NOT SUSPEND THE SELLER ID DUE TO FEEDBACK SCORE ...........LET THE BUYER & COMMUNITY SEE THE SELLER PERFORMANCE / HIS FEEDBACK SCORE.LEAVE THEM BUYER FREE TO PURCHASE OR NOT IF SELLER HAS LESS FEEDBACK .

EBAY EARNS FROM SELLER BUT BIASED WITH BUYERS.......WHY?

Use Buyers requirement option.
Made necessary SMS verification for all the Buyers who have feedback score of less than 4
