HOW DO I TRACK PARCEL SENT TO ITALY VIA SPEED POST PLEASE HELP

Hi

Is there any way to track parcel sent to italy by speed post.
I sent one parcel to my buyer on 1st of october and it doesn't shows any result on trackntrace website

please help me

go to indiapost.gov.in

click tracking on top of page (4th from left) then choose the middle one which says - EMS articles booked in India for delivery abroad

then type your AWB without putting the first 2 alphabets which are always - SP

Then click submit

In the future when you send goods abroad include 6 copies of invoice and VAT number/IEC if you have any . Contact me if you need any templates etc.
