You are absolutely right at your place. Many buyers are purchasing product and saying that they don't like giving lie reasons. We do our best to describe our products as best as possible. But some of the buyers has habit of telling NEGATIVE only instead of looking positive things. Keep it up you done your job nothing is wrong done by you.
