hi Guys! I am new to this sell section. I have just sold a new(used) mobile with great condition. I even shipped it via FEDEX that cost me 500 bucks. Now buyer has received the phone and he is saying all kinds of lame statements like there are "prominent" scratches on back of phone but because of black color they are not visible and also saying full charged battery vanishes in 6 hours on standby. This is a plain lie for sure as I used this phone until now myself. I am afraid if he opens a case how can i prevent him to get refund? The phone is in warranty 10 months.
