Fraud buyer !!

hi friends, Kindly help me... I have just started my online shop. I had shipped around 120 coins to one of the buyers in chennai. However, he has filed a complaint against me and said that he has received only 20 coins. I had arranged it by speed post and am confident wasnt opened in transit. Knowing not my fault i still offered the remainder coins by courier, however the buyer has refused that and wants to cancel the transaction. This means he keeps 100 coins and sends me 20 back. He has paid via paisapay. Kindly help on what do i do now?

Your situation is critical.As far as i know ebay would not help you.Because we cannot prove the buyer has received all the coins.If the buyer is new and if you can prove he is a fraudster you can receive your money.

Please try talking to him over phone.
This is an embarasing situation.
But this is not unique situation.
You should be able to solve that yourself.

Speedpost receipt mentions weight.
20 coins' weight is much lower than that of 120 coins.
What is your problem?

yes i have the receipt and have it mentions the weight as well. I tried contacting over the phone and he refuses to answer. I offered him additional 80 coins, even though i knew he was lying but he refused to take it. I spoke to ebay customer service and they said that if i am correct and have proof for the same the case will be in my favour.
I'm sure this man is a fraudster..

While filing the case or responding to it do not forget to mention the point regarding the weight.It will and must save you.Lets hope and pray you do not lose your hard earned money.
