Feedback Policy, Seller Non Performance, etc.,

As early as July 2005, eBay admitted is Feedback Policy is flawed and certain changes are neccessary to make it work better. These changes are being implemented in a phased manner.

One of the important changes is:

Neutralizing feedback left by members who don't participate in issue resolution processes

Which means that the negative feedback of a user who does not want to participate in the dispute resolution process is meaningless and should be neutered.

However T&S is turning this policy on its head. It is asking certain sellers to give proof of resolution for negative ratings even when the buyers have not opened a online dispute for the same.

Infact they are suspending seller simply on the basis of such feedback.

All users, please comment of this two faced policy of eBay.
