:-)Hi Friends ,

I am a Seller at ebay and my ID is Graciousgems.

Suddenly, on 10-Dec-2007 11:03 a Buyer whose ID is rahil4u2003in ( -1 ), left a negative feedback for me alleging that the weight of the Diamonds being sold by me was not mentioned - While on my listing the weight had been clearly mentioned at 6 different places.

Anyhow, the said ebayer got suspended within 12 days time of Registration and hence as per the ebay norms the feedback left by him should have been removed instantly , but it did not.

Subsequently I wrote to the eBay India Customer Support stating all the facts - but the reply I got was really funny - I had been instructed to read the Feedback policy, of which I already am very well aware .

Would the senior members / ebay executives look into the matter and proceed to remove the said malicious feedback - which does qualify to be removed .

happy ebaying to all - young and old.

Hi,

Yes, the feedback should be removed if the buyer has been suspended within 90 days of registration. I have lost quite a number of positive feedbacks because of the same reason :-(. ---------------

Hi,
I am not a good seller.I am rather a collector and I use my shop as a show case.
But this poor old man ,me, has also lost FBs from new suspended buyers,even though,I dont nurture any grudge against any buyer.I never left -ve.In fact eBay has suspended many of my top old repeat buyers.

Another Joke from my side - A mockery of the feedback system and the people who work on it - INCLUDING CS AND T&S .

ON 22 NOV. 2007, I received a negative feedback from an overseas ebayer - niolopez26 ( 6 ) - Although he was a Non paying Bidder and Final Value Fee credit had been granted against him.

My complaints fell on deaf ears - and even after 30 days of complaining , the Feedback still is there.

Hello,

Yes .... it's like hitting your head against the wall.
ebay don't care for the reputation of the Sellers.

I have received 2 unjustified negatives till now.

In the first one the Buyer was asking for money to withdraw the negative which I never entertained. I contested the case in ODR and the ruling was given in my favour ..... the negative was not removed stating that it was an old issue .... then why the hell I was directed to go to ODR.

In the 2nd, one the Buyer was suspended within 90 days of registration .... but the negative was not removed stating that the suspension is not permanent .... funny rules ... even if the Buyer remains temporarily suspended for months & years.

ebay doesn't support those who know the importance of Feedback system ..... but favours those who don't care for it. .

EBAY WAKEUP!

The case is clear...why cant the CS step forward and remove the negative feedback.I feel really sorry for u Graciousgems but unfortunately the CS is really dissapointing most of the times.

Also most of the times the customer support replies only take us to a link which spells out ebay policies...just like what has happened in ur case.Its two days since u have posted this and none of the ebay pinks have even glanced at this???

I really appreciate ur grace and politeness in asking ebay to do u justice.

How can ebay overlook such genuine concerns!!!????

I wiah and hope the feedback is removed at the earliest.
