Faulty system of community court

We feel there is serious problem with community court system. As sometimes feedback should be removed but TNS do not receive Email.

And this time one of our case is pending buyer has not replied to case since last 13 days but it has not moved to vote.

Most of times we can not log in to community court.

These problems should be solved to enjoy better experince with CC.

I was also under impression that the court should proceed to vote as per the dictum, however, the jury started voting only after 14 days after I filed a case, so I think voting for your case will also begin after 14 days. Have patience. To sell on eBay.in, sellers need lots and lots of patience, as many policies are buyer centric, and sellers have little or no hope. Thankfully, my experience with community court has been ok so far, and I think it was worth the wait. Something is better than nothing, rite?
