I have faced this problem repeatedly - whenever a refund is initiated for an item and money is transferred back to the buyer's account, getting back your fees is a huge hassle.
Despite sending multiple emails to incswebhelp and inrswebhelp, i received no replies for a month.
This is totally unprofessional and frustrating. If a refund is approved why doesn't the reversal of FVF and PaisaPay charge get initiated automatically?
Has anyone else faced such a poblem? Because i have faced it SEVERAL times.
