FULL MONEY BACK REFUND USING PAISAPAY

Hey friends.
I had a small but a genuine doubt.Suppose a buyer buys some item,say a mobile phone costing approx 7500.And the buyer pays via paisapay.Thus,i would get almost 7250rs(coz of 3.5% service charges) through cheque.
In case,the buyer asks for a full money back refund due to some genuine reason,how am i supposed to give the entire amount when ebay would have eaten up almost 265rs??

contact paisapay they will reverse the amount there self and give the money back to buyer .
