FRAUD BUYER ON EBAY. please help.

There is a fra**d buyer around ebay. His id is gopalranju_123 .

He bought 2 items from me and after receiving the items he put item not received claim.

He did the same with many more sellers.
Just check the feedback he has left for various sellers.
Buyers like this should be suspended immediately.
Ebay team should take proper action against such activities.

items were despatched tohim vide AWB number 114427384282 of AFL courier.

The tracking website is : http://trackntrace.aflwiz.com

Anyone can check that the shipment has been delivered and was accepted by the buyer himself.

I have received his signed proof of delivery as well from the courier company.


I request you to kindly check all this and please HELP us, the genuine sellers from being harassed.

Yes , I am also a victim of this buyer
The buyer gopalranju_123 bought a item from my store on 6th of Nov and paid , I shipped it on 6th itself and courier's website shows delivery on 7th of Nov .( www.gati.com awb number 573663510 ) As a seller I think I had done my best .
But aftedr 15 days i got a messege from paisdapay that he has requested for refund as he havent received the item . I immediatly called the buyer and got the messege EITHER REFUND THE MONEY OR GET READY FOR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK > alos got a suggestion its better to refund Rs 200 instead of getting a negative as feedbacks are sellers assets .

As I was right at my place so i didnt refunded him and asked paisapay to hold the refunds as I have proofs of delivery .As soon as paisapay holded the refund request he gave me negative feedback andI missed the chance to become powersellers as feedback comes to 97.8 % .

Every seller on ebay try to satisfy buyers in every matter and Most of buyers are good too .. tthey understand sellers situations. but these kind of buyers are spoiling this platform and I suggest that he will suspended for the sake of other sellers

This buyer is a piece of shit. Just open and see the feedback he have left for others, ONLY ONE POSITIVE & THE REST IS NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL. I think it is some seller who have created another id just to destroy the reputation of other sellers.

I am also a victim of this buyer.he purchased a jewelery set from me upon receiving it he said that the set was broken & pasted & the beads were yellow at some places this is no way possible as i had thoroughly checked & packed the set myself & there was nothing to be broken in the set as it was a pearl set & it was weaven into a nylon dori & how can a nylon dori be pasted.I replied the same to him & i also told him if you did not like it then send it back i will give you full refund &( he agreed for that),just to avoid negative feedback.Upon communicating so much & cooperating so much he gave me a negative feedback.

He is professional fraud .For him tracking details on courier website doent matter ...
he made his feedback private so he can scam some more people .
ebay should make some policy about this ,...it is sure after getting suspended he will make new ID to do all this ...
