WHERE CAN I GET FORM 402A AND WHAT DETAIL REQUIRE TO FILL THE FORM?

Form 402 a is only required for shipments to orissa. You cannot get it. The buyer has to get it from the sales tax office.

Different state have different form requirements and some states do not have any form requirements.
