I have an Ebay store opened about 2 months back. I am trying to list more items and unable to, and i keep hearing that i have some limit which is over. I was to get a limit revision done on May 29, since then i am calling and emailing and NONE seems to reply
Its PATHETIC the level of customer service i am experiencing.
Its almost like ebay does not care about new sellers who are genuinely interested to list product!

You might be under 15 items/ 5000rs. selling limit as your account is new. You need to send an email to inappeals@ebay.in requst for increased selling limits.

2. i have sent MANY emails and none resolves as i cannot even list 12 items. Some customer agent tells me today i have limit of 25k , and it should be enhanced on May 29, which is 5 days back.
The level of service is completely pathetic, none seems to care!

Hi
I think you need to change your account type from "private" to "business" account. To do this go to account summary page there you have account type option, change it to private to business as private account restricted to minimal no of listings
