I just have come accross an instance where I got charged for receiving NEFT from a buyer. Further I spoke to my bank , who told me that each NEFT transaction is charged at Rs. 25 per transaction + 12.36% Service tax. So you end up paying Rs. 28.09 per transaction to receive a NEFT.
I am just wondering if anyone else got such charge? Is the NEFT of ebay is also charged? If yes we are spending Rs. 225 per month just to receive our own money using the New Paisapay? Is there any way we can go back to old paisapay(DD system) which was free of cost to receive money?
I hope ebay answers this query that is new paisapay free?
Regards,
Rahul

Just to clarify, PaisaPay does not charge sellers to receive the NEFT funds.

2. For PaisaPay NEFT transfer is very cost effective as printing and couriering cheques by bluedart.
3. For us Bank of Maharashtra isn't charging for it. But their system is antique. They make entries of the NEFT transfer in a rough book and then credit to our accounts. They can easily skip or miss.

ICICI charges on a monthly basis for these transactions.(Not sure about Saving bank Account)
You may not see individual entries for these transactions.
This is really foolishness to pay for each transaction.
If I have 5 Accounts then I would be getting 40 such payments whereby I would be paying Rs.1123.60.
In case if the payment is only Rs.100 transfered through NEFT .... then paying Rs.28.09 is foolishness.
ebay has saved the money by not sending the Draft and passed on the burden to the Sellers.
So it's an additional cost of 0.5%.
There are so many hidden charges associated with selling on ebay. .

I am afraid, supporting two systems (NEFT transfer and sending offline DD) will not be feasible for PaisaPay. I am sorry to dissapoint you but re-starting the DD will not be possible.
However, I will pass on your feedback on PaisaPay fee to the team.
