EBAY CLAIM ISSUES

ACTUALLY I AM NEW TO EBAY AND DON'T KNOW MORE ABOUT CLAIMS.
A FEW DAYS BACK I SOLD AN ITEM FOR RS5500.BUYER GOT IT AND WAS HAPPY WITH IT.I GOT MONEY FROM THAT PRODUCT...BUT AFTER RECEIVING THE MONEY THERE WAS A MESSAGE THAT WE ARE APPROVING THE CLAIM IN FAVOUR OF BUYER AS IT IS NOT DELIVERED..I TOLD THIS TO EBAY THEY TOLD ME THAT "NO PROBLEM ONCE THE PAYMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED AND IN NEXT REMITTANCE CYCLE IT WILL BE ADDED".
BUT THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN...AND NOW I TODAY CHECKED THERE WERE ALMOST 20 CLAIMS APPROVED IN FAVOUR OF BUYER AND 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND STILL THE MONEY HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED IN MY REMITTANCE...WHEN WILL THE MONEY OF THESE CLAIMS WILL GET CREDITED...

@ gadgetshoppie: You should have look upon the PaisaPay account updates regularly.

I really doubt if you have tried to resolve any of the claims.

Because if you are talking of 20 CLAIMS...This number is certainly high and you should look for satisfaction of your buyers even if items are of small amount.
