Despite all drawbacks,PaisaPay remains best

First of all PaisaPay does not have a 'REQUEST MONEY' button.This solves a lot of unsolved problems.
Secondly,PaisaPay must come out of its Indian bias.Ebay India does not belong to India only.And PaisaPay should be made user friendly for international users.May be they can add some foreign banks to their list so that international users can verify themselves.
The service given by PaisaPay is unique.It collects and sends money directly to bank account.No headache on the users part.

Hi ,Most of my customers are international buyers and about half of them easily pay through PaisaPay without any hesitation. But still a large number of customers do not trust PAISAPAY and ask me to send them a Paypal Invoice instead. eBay India should take some more steps to promote PAISAPAY for generating this confidence among international buyers.

I found PaisaPay better than Paypal in following respects :

(1) Through PaisaPay we get the complete payment in Indian Rupees for our items listed on eBay India where as PayPal has its own lower currency exchange rates than prevailing international rates . Paypal always pays lower INR value for USD than prevailing currency exchange rates . It maters a lot in high value items for our international sales . we receive appx 2 to 3 % less for the same USD payment received through Paypal whereas Paisapay give us the complete amount asked in listing.

(2) I feel Auto refund feature is also good for both sellers and buyers , I believe this generates trust among buyers and educates the sellers to remain competitive in providing services to their customers.

Suggesions to eBay India :
(1)Offer Paypal button also to sellers in eBay India for their International listings but ensure that Paypal converts the correct amount at prevailing currency exchange rates.

(2)Show international customers that how much the item cost in equivalent USD when they pay through PAISAPAY and how much it cost when they choose to pay through PAYPAL . This will certainly attract more international customers to use PaisaPay .

(3) If the product is out of stock, the seller can refund to buyer than waiting for the Auto Refund. ---------------
