From last 1 Month I am facing one issue for which I had sent email to customer support But a horrible response I have received from them. I sent one query to them & they forwarded some others query answer to my email Id.
Please find the attachment below. While Sending invoice to the customer I am getting only below shipping options. No option for the shipping in India. Also I have disabled allow buyer to edit shipping total option But then also buyers are able to revise it. As a seller I wrote email to customer support but no solution yet received.

I am not enclosing eBay email which I received for my this query. Because it contains information of another eBay member which will be create more trouble about member privacy. Also I have removed the buyers address for privacy of the buyer. Can anyone tell me solution for this issue?

Buyer was from Vishakapatnam and I informed this to eBay customer support team also. But as usual no response nothing will done from them.

Whats this issue about-
typical Overseas Military Mail was sorted according to APO and FPO addresses. I am not still understanding how this is happening on eBay India.
To control the damage for time nbeing please uncheck the option to "allow buyer change shipping charges" in selling preferences.
This APO/FPO is basically being done to change shipping charges by these buyers as they are being treated as international buyers.

At least a reply, couple of words or anything to help sellers in confusion?

I have already disabled that allow buyer to edit option but still they are able to edit. Also it happens when customer make only checkout and that time only they are getting option to edit.
