Is there any courier service that is more reliable than DTDC and in the same price range?

DTDC has lost two of my shipments this week and it is impossible to contact their customer care.

hi u can send from professional courier, and trackon bpth are ok, right now i prefer to send from indianpost registered parcel, they have improved there service, since 2 months no issues from indianpost. they charge 36 below 500 grams and above 500 gms and below 1kg they charge 52
