DOW Criteria Changed?

Dear Sellers,

I seen in this DOW eBay has given chance to new sellers whose feedback is also not more than 10 and they are selected in DOW. But as per my knowledge new sellers are not considered for it. So can anyone have any idea whether eBay has changed DOW Criteria or what? If its changed then its really good so that everyone will get chance to promote there store and there products.

Please let me know if I am wrong.

Though i have listed all my items the lowest price my account never cares to put me in DOW

I am suffering with my DOW from past 3 months and never got in to DOW though having best prices, listing buld quanity and having a account manager who never cares to reply to my mails
